Returns and exchanges

To return or exchange a product, simply send us an email from our contact form specifying your first name, last name and order number. You have 14 days to return or exchange your product.

For a change of size: return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received does not conform or presents a manufacturing defect. Zahros offers you the cost of reshipping your order.

Quelle taille de bracelet choisir ?

Utilisez un simple mètre ruban ou une bande de papier, juste en dessous de l’os du poignet, à l’endroit où vous porterez votre bracelet.

Dans l’exemple ci-dessus, le tour de poignet mesure 21 cm. Nous ajoutons 2 cm pour un confort optimal. La taille de bracelet idéale sera donc 23 cm.

Conseils importants

Si le bracelet est épais ou large, nous conseillons d’ajouter 3 cm à votre tour de poignet.
Si le bracelet contient des perles rondes de grande taille (≥ 10 mm), il est recommandé de choisir une taille légèrement plus grande.

En cas de doute, choisissez toujours la taille supérieure pour un confort optimal.
