HOW IS MY PACKAGE PACKAGED?
Depending on the Jewelry you ordered, it will be delivered to you with a Zahros box or pouch.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return or exchange a product, simply send us an email from our contact form specifying your first name, last name and order number. You have 14 days to return or exchange your product.
For a change of size: return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received does not conform or presents a manufacturing defect. Zahros offers you the cost of reshipping your order.
